| Overview | Print Process : Dye Sublimation |
| Description | The monolith display comes with a full colour double side printed graphic as standard which can have a different design on each side. Once it is setup the graphics are quick and easy change so the end user can keep replacing their display graphics, without the need to buy a new frame. The polyester fabrics are dye sublimation printed which is a more environmentally friendly manufacturing process compared to traditional pull up banners or exhibition units. |
| How is it printed? | All of our stretch displays are printed on our HP Stitch S1000 or on our Agfa Avinci CX3200. Once they are printed they are calendered with our Klieverik heat press and then we use our Zund CNC digital cutter to cut them to size/shape - allowing extra material for hems. Each display is made from 2 separate fabrics which are stitched together by our sewing department, and then they are packed into the carry case ready for despatch. |
