| Description | The retail tube display is made from 32mm aluminium tubes with slot together and then screw into the heavy black base. The stretch fabric graphic is full colour printed and slides over the top of the assembled frame, and the elastic at the bottom keeps the fabric taut, removing unwanted creases. The frame can be used repeatedly, either with the same graphic or with replacement graphics that can be purchased separately. The full set comes with a carry case so it can be taken to multiple events, and the heavy base ensures it'll withstand heavy footfall wherever it is positioned. |
| How is it printed? | All of our stretch displays are printed on our HP Stitch S1000 or on our Agfa Avinci CX3200. Once they are printed they are calendered with our Klieverik heat press and then we use our Zund CNC digital cutter to cut them to size/shape - allowing extra material for hems. Each display is made from 2 separate fabrics which are stitched together by our sewing department, and then they are packed into the carry case ready for despatch. |
