| Description | Wall Mount - 17L silicone edge graphic (SEG) frames are made up from multiple lengths of aluminium extrusion which are cut to the required length and provided with brackets to connect the frame together. The graphic has a silicone beading (commonly known as keder) on the reverse so the material can slot into the extrusion in the frame. We offer 2 materials for this frame:
Both are dye sublimation printed, CNC cut to size and then have silicone sewn to the back - the type of fabric to use is down to preference and budget. 220gsm Display Polyester is a woven fabric and is the more economically priced material. It functions well with SEG frames and has a small amount of stretch in the fabric to create a tight fit on the frame. 265gsm Black Back Fabric is a more premium material which has a higher amount of stretch - which some fitters prefer to work with as it is more forgiving and can create a tighter fit on the frame once installed. The coating allows for light to pass through and illuminate the graphic, creating a stunning display. | How is it printed? | All of our graphics for silicone edge graphic frames are printed on our HP Stitch S1000 or our Agfa Avinci CX3200. Once they are printed we use our Zund CNC digital cutter to cut them to size - allowing extra material for the silicone (commonly known as keder) to be stitched onto the back. We then assemble the frame and test the graphic fits exactly as it should do before packing for despatch. |

Installation Tips
- Fit the silicone in each corner and then across the edges - this prevents the material from being stretched unnecessarily
- If the graphic is too short then lightly spray with water, wait for 5 minutes and try again. This gives the fabric a chance to breath and return back to it's original size
