Pop Up Counters
The oval tube counter has a full colour dye sublimation printed graphic which wraps around the counter and a black wooden counter top. It collapses down into a travel case, which also fits the graphic, so the counter can be stored between uses or travel to different locations.

| Description | The oval fabric tube counter is made from aluminium tubes which screw into the base and counter top. The dye sublimation printed stretch fabric graphic has silicon beading sewn into the top and bottom edges so it slots into a recess at the top and bottom of the assembled counter. The advantage of this type of counter is that the frame fits into the supplied carry bag, with the graphic as well, so it is easy to transport compared to traditional counters with PVC graphics. |
| How is it printed? | All of our stretch fabric counters are printed on our HP Stitch S1000 or on our Agfa Avinci CX3200. Once they are printed they are calendered with our Klieverik heat press and then we use our Zund CNC digital cutter to cut them to size/shape. The fabrics are then passed over to our sewing department who will then stitch keder to the back of the graphic before they are despatched. |
