| Description | Wind breakers come with full colour graphics that are held in place with poles that stake into the ground. The graphics are full colour dye sublimation printed onto 115gsm knitted flag polyester, so each panel can be custom branded. There are three standard sizes available, but they can be produced to brand any size outdoor event on quotation. | How is it printed? | All of our wind breaker graphics are printed on our HP Stitch S1000 or on our Agfa Avinci CX3200. Once they are printed they are calendered with our Klieverik heat press and then we use our Zund CNC digital cutter to cut them to size/shape - allowing extra material for hems and pockets. The fabrics are then passed over to our sewing department who will then stitch a pocket to match the wind break poles, before it is packed up ready for despatch. |
