Branded Boxes

All of our branded boxes are latex printed direct to board - which produces a high quality print, that can be completely recycled after use. Using this digital printing method we can offer printed boxes with no MOQ.

Our most popular style is FEFCO 0427 which is a self folding box that doesn’t require any tape and is easy to assemble. Another common style is FEFCO 0201 which requires tape but can be produced to much larger sizes due to the simplicity of the box nett.

We have a simple process for printing branded boxes:

• Either you can tell us the internal dimensions, or you can send us measurements of what needs to go inside the box
• We will give you a quote based on your required quantities
• When your job goes ahead we’ll create you a custom cutter guide using our CAD software Kasemake
• We will check through your artwork and send you a flat PDF proof and a 3D visual JPEG
• Before we start full production we can send you a plain or printed sample to make sure your customer is happy with the end result, and to avoid any potential measuring issues
• We’ll then provide you with a delivery date for your boxes
