| Description | Banner Vinyl PVC is an excellent material to use for barrier sleeves because not only is it cost effective, it can also be cut and finished in a variety of different ways to suit different installations. We print one double length piece and fold it over to create the barrier sleeve. Our standard options include either stitching the sides together to make a sleeve, or we can provide it with velcro on the left and right sides. If you require a fabric option then have a look at our barrier jacket product. |
| How is it printed? | All of our banners are printed on our HP Latex 3200 or HP Latex 3600. Once they are printed we use our Zund CNC digital cutter to cut them to size - allowing extra material for hems and pockets. The banners are then passed over to our finishing department who will weld, tape and stitch until they reach your brief and are ready to despatch. |
Over the last 5 years we have seen a big movement away from traditional
PVC banners and the market has moved towards fabric alternatives.
We can offer the same range of finishing options on fabrics as we can on PVC,
but with the added benefit of dye sublimation printing which is a 'greener' print
process and polyester fabrics which can be recycled at specialist recycling centres.
Have a look at our range of fabric printing options to see what is available, and if you have any questions please get in touch with the team.
