These spinning wheels are custom made using a 10mm foamex backing board with a 5mm foamex spinning wheel, all with a full colour, latex printed vinyl which is mounted to the board. Each wheel of fortune comes with a backstrut so it is freestanding. Each board can be individually personalised and there is the option to have a custom shape or cut out on request. | How is it printed? | We print our custom wheel of fortunes on self adhesive vinyl using one of our HP Latex 800s, laminated and then mount it to 10mm foamex for the backing board and 5mm foamex for the wheel using our bobis flatbed applicator. We then use one of our Zund CNC digital cutters to cut them to size or shape. The cut boards are then passed over to our finishing department who will assemble the custom wheel of fortune and pack ready for despatch. |
